DragonWire

Terms & license

Effective: [date]. Seller: [name / legal entity, address, tax id]. This is a draft — have it reviewed legally before publishing.

By buying or using DragonWire you accept these terms. Payment and sales are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record; its terms apply to the transaction itself.

1. License

DragonWire Pro is offered as a yearly subscription. Subscribing grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application on the number of computers stated in the license (2 by default) for the subscription period. A free version is available indefinitely for the basic features.

2. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically for another year unless you cancel before the renewal date (via the Lemon Squeezy link). After cancellation Pro keeps working until the end of the paid period, then the app reverts to the free features.

3. Permitted use and lawfulness

DragonWire is for analyzing and modifying network traffic on devices and in apps you are authorized to handle (your own, or with consent/engagement). Features such as per-app capture, installing a CA certificate and certificate-pinning bypass are intended solely for authorized testing and debugging. You must not use them to intercept others' traffic without consent, to defeat protections unlawfully, or in any way that breaks the law or third-party terms. You are responsible for lawful use.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's policy and applicable consumer law. For a refund, write to [email protected].

5. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. We strive for correctness but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the application. This does not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.

7. Governing law

Matters not covered here are governed by [jurisdiction, e.g. Polish] law.
