DragonWire runs locally. This policy describes the data we process to provide the application and handle licensing. It is a draft — review it against your legal form and GDPR before publishing.

1. The traffic you analyze stays with you

Captured requests, responses, bodies and certificates are processed only on your computer and stored locally. The application does not send the analyzed traffic to us or to third parties and contains no tracking telemetry.

2. License data

To issue and verify a license, our license server processes:

• Email address given at purchase — to send the key and for license-related contact.
• Computer identifier (an irreversible hash) and the device name — to count activations against the seats you bought.
• IP address — temporarily (up to 10 minutes) only to rate-limit attempts and prevent abuse.

The license key itself is stored only as a hash (SHA-256) — we do not keep it in plain text.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, which processes the transaction and remits taxes. You enter payment details (card, etc.) directly with them — we neither receive nor store them. We only receive what is needed to issue a license (e.g. email, subscription id, status). 4. Basis and purpose

We process license data to perform the contract (providing the license) and for our legitimate interest (abuse prevention, support). We keep it for the duration of the license and as long as the law (e.g. tax) requires.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For data matters write to [email protected].
